We had a great time this year at the 2017 tournament and cannot get enough great feedback from the parents and players. The tournament was well run and a ton of fun. Thank you!

Lauren (Wynne) Iacoboni

"We look forward to the tourney. Quite honestly it was one of the best run we’ve been to!"

(Rosenbach. Father of a 7th grade girl)

Our Denver Elite teams play in tournaments all over the country, but this is the tournament that all the players and parents look forward to the most! It is great competition in an amazing setting and it is a blast for everyone involved!

(Trevor Tierney, University of Denver, Assistant Lacrosse Coach)

The Vail Lacrosse Tournament is the premier youth tournament in the country because of its location and professionalism.

(Drew Wardlow, FCA Lacrosse National, MD)

Great work this year! The tournament was well organized and fields were great, thanks for all the hard work. We had a great time at the tournament!! Look forward to coming up again!

(Mark Crower, Coyote Lacrosse)

This was my 4th year bringing a team out, and I thought the tournament was very well run.  Both our Team Talons had a blast. The competition was great and everyone had great time.

(Team Talon, California)

You guys are awesome and run a fantastic tournament. We will be back next year and every year!

(Atlanta Youth Lacrosse)

Great tournament - As a Colorado team, we finally got incredible competition, and best of all a lasting relationship with new coaches, players and organizations on both the East and West Coasts.

(Scott Evans, Head Coach, Warthogs – Colorado)

The Vail Lacrosse tournament has become a staple for Dallas lacrosse players.  The combination of amazing weather, beautiful scenery, and high level lacrosse, makes this one of the premier summer lacrosse tournaments in the country.

(Kevin Barnicle, Coast-2-Coast, Texas)

The Vail Lacrosse tournament opens up a window for young players to see the full spectrum of our sport and the lacrosse community at large. It opens them up to the endless possibilities that lacrosse has to offer and more importantly inspires a passion for the game.

(Aron Lipkin, Head Coach, Riverlax, MN)

The Vail Lacrosse tournament is truly a great experience. Year in and year out, the best talent from across the country comes to play in the Vail Valley. Bringing this talent together and giving the players the opportunity to compete against each other at such a high level is invaluable. Every player I have ever coached in this tournament has walked away from it a better lacrosse player.

( Kevin, O’Brien, Backcountry Lacrosse, Colorado)

We have brought NorCal youth teams to the Vail tournament for the past 10 years.  The Vail tournament is lacrosse at its finest – great organization, terrific competition from all over the country and beautiful surroundings.  Lifelong friendships are formed, and players and coaches alike reunite each year. I can’t imagine a better location and environment to play lacrosse.

(Doug Appleton, NorCal/Team Talon, California)

Vail is by far my favorite tourney to attend with the kids...From the layout of the fields with the mountains or lakes in the backdrop, to the smoothness in which the tournament is run, to the activities available outside of lacrosse; the Vail tournament has it all.  I have been bringing teams for the last 6 years and look forward every year to coming back.  Vail is where it’s at.

(Lane Jaffe, Palos Verdes, California)

I have been attending and or coaching at the Vail Shootout since 1997, and the Warrior Vail Lacrosse Tournament is a great addition to the tradition of playing lacrosse in Vail. Besides the sheer enjoyment of growing as a professional in one of the most beautiful areas of the country, the players in my program have come to think of playing in Vail as a rite of passage.

(Byron M Lawson Jr., Director and Head Coach of Three Frogs Lacrosse Club, Texas)

After a week in Vail the first thing that comes to mind is the bonding experience between our players. Vail is clearly one of the most beautiful places on the planet for a lacrosse tourney. The Warrior Vail Lacrosse Tournament makes no false promises and delivers everything.

(Michael Desmond, Carolina Colts, NC)
